General presentation of France

I will try to present the France to you.

• The official language is the French. 
• The capital is Paris.
• The money is Euro (1€ = 60 Rs)
• The republic currency : freedom, egality, fraternity
• National Anthem: La marseillaise. It's a war song wrote during the French revolution (1789).

•  Area: 675 417 Km2
• Population: 66 000 000 people in 2011
• More important city: Paris (2,2 million), Marseille (851 000) and Lyon (475 000). 

• French people are always no happy. There is always something which go wrong (You can recognize a French tourist like that)
• France is a state of European Union. So French people have all advantages of Schengen area (no VISA or passport to go in Europe, no new drive licence, etc...)

 

• The climat is tempered.

 (Green = ocean climat, Blue = Continental climat, Red = Meditérannée Climat, Purple = High mountain climat).

• There are a lot of mountains but the two principales are the Alpes and the Pyrénées.

I will complete the presentation of France with the time and with presentation of city and area of it.
