The pie Pastry

To do an apple pie or a lot of French dishes, we have need of pie pastry.
For this, we have need:
  • 250g of flour
  • 125g of butter
  • 5g of salt
  • 1 yellow egg
  • water
1- Do a hole in the center of the flour.
2- Put the salt in the center and the butter (at normal temperature, it should be easy to move).
3- Mix the pastry with fingers
4- Do a hole in the center and put the yellow egg and some water.
5- Mix the flour to obtain a homogeneous ball of pastry (if necessary possible to add water or flour).
6- Put the pastry 30 minutes in the fridge.

It's Done!
